The Hilltopper Athletic Foundation (HAF) and Western Kentucky University Athletics will host "National Signing Day" on May 31 in the Topper Club at
Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium for potential new members to join the HAF. The event will allow for non-HAF members to commit to the foundation by
signing their "letter of intent," much like a student-athlete signs a letter of intent to play collegiate athletics.
WKU coaches, athletic staff and volunteers will be on hand to welcome prospective members and extend the offer to join the HAF and secure season tickets
for football and men's and women's basketball. If potential members are unsure about purchasing season tickets, the HAF has arranged for an "official
visit" opportunity where potential new members can tour the WKU facilities and get an up close visual of where their seats will be located.
The HAF consists of roughly 1,600 individuals who pledge over $1 million annually, making it possible for nearly 400 WKU student-athletes to compete and
receive their degree from WKU. The continued growth of the HAF plays an integral part in the success and the growth of WKU Athletics and helps to
continually provide improved resources for student-athletes both on the field and off.
