During the next week, athletes at both high school sin the Land of Logan can get free sports physicals coordinated by and at Orthopedics Plus. Announcements from both schools follow.

Logan County High School Athletics is proud to announce we will be hosting a free sports physical night again this year. We are fortunate to be able to work with Orthopedic Plus and a host of doctors and nurses to provide this valuable service to our student-athletes. Please be sure all medical history and required signatures are completed on the form.
Date: June 1
Time: 4 pm – 8pm
Who: Any incoming Freshman and all other LCHS upperclassmen wishing to participate in sports.
Required: A completed KHSAA Sports Physical form, which should be filled out by parents prior to the day of the physical exam.
Appointments needed? No, first come first served.

We will be working with Orthopedics Plus Physical Therapy again this year with hosting a date for FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS for our Russellville Student athletes. There will be several doctors and nurses on site to provide this service for our student athletes.

Time: 4:00-8:00
Where: Orthopedics Plus Physical Therapy Clinic (105 Robins Way Russellville, KY)
This service will be available for any Russellville student who is wanting to participate in Athletics at the Middle School or High School.
Physical forms can be picked up at the front offices of any school or downloaded from our http://russellvilleathletics.com/ webpage under the forms tab.
Parents will need to fill out all the medical history portions of the physical forms prior to arriving that day.
There are NO appointments, students will be served on first come first serve basis.
