The Logan County High School Cougar Band received the highest rating possible - all four adjudicators gave the performance a Distinguished rating!

By having a perfect score the Cougar Band has qualified to perform at the KMEA State Concert Performance Assessment at the University of Louisville in May!!

Band Director David Dayton says, "I am very proud of these students for their hard work, dedication and especially the way they behave and carry themselves! They represent themselves, their ensemble, their school (all of you!), and their community in a positive and mature manner.

Faculty member Justin Kirby and student teachers  Megan Graham and Manuel Pacheco helped prepare these students to maximize their individual potential!

Congratulations to each of these talented students!
