On Nov. 30, the Logan County FFA Chapter competed at the Winter Regional Competition in Bowling Green. The two individuals who competed were Anne Owen in AIC and Bella Cron in Job Interview.
The Ag Sales team consisting of Lilly Robey, Hannah Hallman, Sophee Spears, Chaney Barrow, and Kaylee Chandler placed first in the Barren River Region and will be advancing to State in June.
The Junior Chapter Meeting team including President Kristy Lutz, Vice President Lucy Violette, Secretary Rylie Fulcher, Sentinel Adelaide Wetton, Reporter Isaac Robey, Treasurer John Allen, Advisor Abby Cassetty and alternates Kennedy Ross, Anne Owen, Weston Wright, and Jace Coles also won first place and will be advancing to the State competition during the first week of June. They were coached by Haley Henson, Makayla Head, and Kingsley Stratton.
The Small Engine Team consisting of Colt White, Landon Burchett, Klay Vansickle, Connor Thomas, and Chandler Jackson placed second in the region. Finally, the Welding Team including Trevin Bond, Sammy Pearson, Caspers Dawson, Deleney Wright, and Ian Johnson placed third place in the Barren River Region.
All of those who competed did a great job!
