Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory is pleased to announce the 2014 Amateur Artists’ Boot Camp.
This exciting camp will be held July 18-19, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., at the Saddle Factory Museum Annex and will feature classes in a variety of mediums in an effort to introduce amateur artists to many different types of art. Local history and art specific to the region will also be discussed as a part of the curriculum. All courses will be instructed by local artists.
All camp applicants must be enrolled in at least the seventh grade for the 2014-2015 school year. Children may be enrolled in any school in the Logan County or Russellville School Systems. Home-schooled children may also apply. Seventh grade students must be at least 12 years of age during 2014. Adults are also invited to participate.
