GOP Women Club to honor essay winners

The Logan County Republican Women’s Club monthly meeting will take place July 15 at 5:30 p.m. at the GOP Headquarters, Main Street, Russellville. Winners of the essay contest; “What America Means to Me,” will be reading their entries.

1st place: Kiley Rager, daughter of Jeff and Sheila Rager. She was an 8th grader when this was written.

2nd place: Leah Gill, daughter of Rice and Tina Gill, who was a 6th grader when this was written

3rd place: Kara Noffsinger, daughter of Jeff and Dana Noffsinger, who was a 6th grader when this was written.

All the above are from Olmstead School. Their teacher was Justin Adams.

3rd place tie: Carter Spivey, son of Kenneth and Amanda Spivey, who was a 5th grader from Adairville when this was written. His teacher is Kerry Holloman

Also, special recognition will be given to guest members of The Teen Republicans Team from Logan County High School.
