Join our community in the fight against cancer! The American Cancer Society Relay For Life “Love Lights a Tree” ceremony will be held December 4th, at 5:00 p.m. at First Southern National Bank located at 88 S. Bethel Street.
This special ceremony will be held to remember those individuals who have been affected by cancer as we light a Christmas tree and read aloud the names of those being honored with Christmas ornaments. You are invited to support this effort by purchasing an ornament in honor or in memory of a loved one who has been touched by cancer. Simply fill out the back of this form and return your order to the address listed on the reverse side. We have several options in ornaments this year. Please see other side for details. There is also a wind chime offered. Design details can be seen in the photo below. There will be two orders placed for these. If you would like to receive your wind chime at our ceremony we must receive your order form by November 17. Any orders placed after this date or at the ceremony will be available to you the week of Christmas. You will be contacted upon their delivery to FSNB. Please make checks payable to the American Cancer Society.
After the ceremony, you may take the ornament home with you or you can leave it on the tree until after Christmas. If you sponsor this ceremony with a large angel, you may also take that home with you.
