This week is Pennies for Patients at Stevenson Elementary School! Our students will be collecting pennies and other change for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society! Donations received will be spent on patient and community services, research, public health and professional education.

SES Family Resource Center and the SES K-Kids are sponsoring this fund raising activity for all students at SES.

The homeroom collecting the most funds will receive a pizza party and first runner up will receive a popsicle or popcorn party. Each student has been given a box to collect their coins in.

We are also dressing up each day this week to support the cause!

Monday- Team Up Against Cancer- Students wore their favorite teams jersey or shirt! Students bringing an extra $1 enjoyed a popsicle in their classrooms today!

Tuesday- Sock it to Cancer Day- Wear crazy socks! Students bringing $1 are also allowed to wear pajamas on this day!

Wednesday- We Don't Want Cancer in our Future Day- wear clothing depicting your future! Any student bringing $1 will enjoy extra time in the gym on Thursday!

Thursday- Wear Orange (representing childhood cancer) Any student donating $1 will receive and extra 10 minutes of PAT time on Friday! This will be the last day that coins brought in will be counted towards homerooms’ total!

Friday- Show our Panther Pride Day! Wear black and gold to celebrate the week’s efforts! Winning homeroom will be announced in Town Meeting.
