Russellville Jr./Sr. High has started a new tradition this school year to recognize student-athletes who exhibit the overall essence of their team. These students are considered to be the “Heartbeat of the Team”.

Athletic Director Calvin Head says, “These students were chosen by their other teammates as being that one member of the team who encourages, supports and improves the overall dynamic of the team.”
