Two Halloween-themed events are being used as fundraisers for the Lewisburg Eighth Grade Class Trip, and they’re coming up soon.
Haunted Hall will be the theme at Old City Hall on Lewisburg’s Stacker Street Friday and Saturday, Oct. 21-22, from 6-11 nightly.
One of the planners, Amy Hinton, says Haunted Hall will be the “scariest $5 you will ever spend. Come see us after dark unless you are scare of a bunch of eighth graders.”
Haunted Hall will include games, food and face painting in addition to a haunted house. Groups of 15 or more will get a discount on ticket prices.
Then on Friday, Oct. 28, the Spooktacular 5K & Monster Mile will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Lewisburg School. Brochures and registration forms are available at Lewisburg School and Lewisburg Banking Company.
