A Russellville “pet resort” was the winner of the 2017 Hometown Haybale Trail of Logan County, an event and concert sponsored by Logan County Tourism.

Home Away from Home Pet Resort, which is located at 707 Hopkinsville Street in Russellville, not only took first place in the Business category but also was named Best Overall.

Second place went to Champion PetFoods, located east of Auburn on U.S. 68/80.

Third was Baugh Insurance, just north of the railroad tracks on Main Street in Russellville.

Named fourth best was the decorated hay bale of Auburn Nursing Center in downtown Auburn.
