Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) is offering a one-stop enrollment opportunity for prospective students the week of June 18-21. During Express Enrollment, faculty and staff help prospective students one-on-one to complete the college admission and enrollment process.

Steps in the admission process include applying to the college, speaking to financial aid, submitting required documents and taking placement tests. Individuals who have not begun or not completed the admission process should come to a morning session of Express Enrollment. Individuals who have received an acceptance letter should come directly to student orientation and class registration in an afternoon session.

The goal of the Express Enrollment is to make the enrollment process as fast and straightforward as possible. Some prospective students may complete the entire process in just one day.

“Many prospective students are anxious about applying for college,” says Director of Admissions Denna White. “At Express Enrollment, we work one-on-one with individuals to answer their questions and relieve any anxiety they may have.”

SKYCTC will host Express Enrollment Sessions at both SKYCTC’s Main Campus at 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, and Franklin-Simpson Center at 175 Davis Drive, Franklin.

SKYCTC Express Enrollment at Franklin-Simpson Center:

Tuesday, June 19: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (student orientation and class registration begins at 1:30 p.m.)

SKYCTC Express Enrollment at Main Campus:

Monday, June 18: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (student orientation and class registration begins at 2 p.m.)

Tuesday, June 19:  1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (student orientation and class registration begins at 5 p.m.)

Wednesday, June 20: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (student orientation and class registration begins at 2 p.m.)

Thursday, June 21: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (student orientation and class registration begins at 2 p.m.)

Anyone interested in attending Express Enrollment and becoming a student for the fall semester may make a reservation at www.Southcentral.kctcs.edu/express. A reservation is not required, and walk-ins are welcome. For questions about the event, call 270-901-1000.
