Art classes offered at Saddle Factory

Three art classes are being offered this month at Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory which is located on East Fourth Street in Russellville. Details are as follows:

Thursday, March 14 “Cozy Quilt” art class Painting Class to be held at Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory Annex. The “Cozy Quilt” class, featuring a heartwarming, Dresden Plate pattern quilt design, will be held March 14th from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.. Taught by artist Linda Harlan, this class will feature acrylic painting techniques and are for artists of all skill levels. All paintings are completely customizable. Materials will be furnished (including a 16” x 20” canvas) in the $30 class fee. Please call or text 270-847-0231 to register.
Saturday, March 23 Gourd Finch Feeder class Bird feeder class will be held at Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory Annex. Patricia Zulkosky, local artisan, will discuss growing, curing, cleaning and working with gourds. No previous experience is needed. Come ready to have fun! The $35 fee will include all materials and instruction to complete, on site, a ready-to-hang finch feeder.

Tuesday, March 26 “Scripture Cross” art class
Painting Class to be held at Kentucky Artisans at the Saddle Factory Annex. The “Scripture Cross” painting, mimicking a mosaic, stained glass religious cross, will be taught on March 26, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Taught by artist Linda Harlan, this class will feature acrylic painting techniques and are for artists of all skill levels.
