Thursday, May 14 was a beautiful day for the Preschoolers and their families to enjoy a terrific picnic together and possibly their last fun-filled time together out at the Stevenson Elementary Preschool playground.

The beloved Preschool staff and teachers graciously "served" lunch to each one that attended and doled out plenty of hugs and well-wishes.

Then, the time came to take "the tour" to began the transition from those sweet little halls of love and learning and become introduced to the "higher halls of learning" as they step into the next stage in life...Kindergarten.

Each Preschooler was presented a packet to assist them in retaining all they've learned this year and to help them get a step ahead for the new year. They also received a free book, "The Night before Kindergarten".

Excitement and tears were both evident in the Preschoolers and their families as the realization that this day was definitely a day of celebrating another milestone in these little ones' lives.

Many words of "Thanks" and "Gratefulness" were expressed by all.

Congratulations! Job well done!
