We would like to congratulate Jessie Baker upon her being selected as the 2016 Logan County Chamber of Commerce Teacher of the Year!

She was recognized and honored at the Annual Chamber Dinner held, Thursday, March 3, at the Logan county Extension Office.

Ms. Baker teaches 11th grade U.S. History, AP U.S. History, and 9th grade Global Studies at Russellville Junior/Senior High School.

She graduated from Hancock County High School, received her B.A. from Western Kentucky University, and earned her M.A. from Morehead State University. She has been in the Russellville Independent School District since 2011.

RJSHS Principal Kim McDaniel stated this is well deserved!

We are fortunate to have her on our campus! Congratulations, Ms. Baker; thanks for all you do for our school! Panther Pride!
