On Aug. 16, the Logan County Chamber of Commerce held its 8th Annual Women in Business Luncheon titled "Sweet Success: Women Take the Cake,” with well over 200 in attendance, at the Logan County Extension Office!

Our small town community of Logan County came together to enjoy a shabby chic tea party themed luncheon catered by Brother's Restaurant of Russellville.

Our keynote speaker was Gigi Butler, founder of Gigi's Cupcakes. Door prizes of Grand Ole Opry Tickets, beautiful fresh water pearls jewelry set and two hand painted wood cupcake door knockers were given away to a few excited winners.

It was a wonderful event, enjoyed by all who came. Thank you to all that volunteered their beautiful pieces to decorate and offered time and skills to make it happen! It was truly a beautiful event that will be remembered by all.
