Free Sports Physical Night at Logan County High School will be held Wednesday, May 1, from 4-6 p.m. This night is set aside for our incoming freshman and our 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. We have also opened this up to our middle school sports programs housed here at LC.
Physicals will be on a first come first serve basis. Athletes may pick up the "NEW" KHSAA Sports Physicals at the LCHS front office. Those that will be in high school starting this fall will need to use the blue "high school" physical. Everyone else will use the yellow "middle school" physical.
Please see that all information is complete on the four-page form, as well as the required signatures by the student-athlete and the parent/guardian.
