There are approximately 9,000 children placed in out of home care (foster care) every day in Kentucky. Some of those children are your neighbors, they are on your kids’ ball teams, they go to your local school, and they may even be members of your church.

Almost every day there is a child sleeping in local Department of Community Based Services office because there is a shortage of foster homes available. This is where you come in! Do you have a bed that’s empty and a little extra love to offer? Within a few short weeks you can become a foster parent!

LifeSkills Therapeutic Foster Care Program is looking for new foster parents of all ages, races, and ethnicities. From now until Dec. 31, 2022 we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for brand new foster parents.
