On March 27, the Logan County FFA Chapter had a successful day at the WKU Agriculture Exposition Center. Several members prepared Proficiencies over their SAE. An SAE is a supervised agriculture experience. These SAEs give students work experience for their future and also the opportunity to encounter agriculture careers.

The 6 different areas of proficiencies are Ownership/Entrepreneurship, Placement/Internship, Research, Exploratory, School-based Enterprise, and Service Learning.

Our chapter competed against 11 other chapters from our region and 17 of the LCHS entries received a Superior 1 rating.
