The Logan County High School Academic Team has once again earned the title of Governor’s Cup District Champions. This is the third straight year the team has won the competition. The team finished first in Quick Recall and had a collection of individual winners as well.
The LCHS Quick Recall is made up of the following team members: Henry Ham, Jenna Coles, Matthew Taylor, Aidan Hughes, Evan Dana, Kyle Lutz, Brennan Christmas, Jimmy Anderson, and Elijah Corbin.
Individual winners and results in the subject competitions are as follows: Math- Aidan Hughes (2), Jenna Coles (3), and Brennan Christmas (5); Science- Matthew Taylor (1), Aidan Hughes (2), and Jenna Coles (5); Social Studies- Matthew Taylor (1); Arts & Humanities- Henry Ham (1).
