Ten members of the 2011-2012 Olmstead Lady Rams basketball program participated in the Belmont University Lady Bruins Basketball Camp on June 13-17. Overall, the camp consisted of 43 schools (high school varsity, JV and middle school squads) from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

The Lady Rams competed in 16 ball games over the five-day event, taking home a few quality wins against some of the Nashville-area teams. In addition to the games, the girls received a personal tour of the Lady Bruin facilities by head coach Brittany Ezell, received season passes for the upcoming Belmont season, and an offer for one of their coaching staff to come and watch the Lady Rams in their upcoming season.

“The camp was a great benefit to the young ladies and coaching staff, and the team looks forward to another exciting season in 2012-2013,” says Assistant Coach Chris Wilcutt.
