The Russellville Electric Plant Board has announced a new rate structure which will go into effect next month. Those rates follow:

The following base rates will be in effect for the EPB’s October 2015 revenue month. In addition to the base rates a Total Fuel Cost Adjustment is applied. The TFCA is adjusted monthly and the current rate is available upon request.
