As this is my last weekly update for this year, I want to take this opportunity to thank our students, parents and staff members for another great year at RJSHS!!!
Our 2016 Commencement was a huge success with numerous students honored and recognized throughout our program. The Class of 2016 Valedictorian was Trey Matthews, and he delivered a message of hope and wishes of success for his classmates. The Salutatorian was Nicholas Scarbrough and third in class honors went to Sam Cosner.
The District Softball and Baseball tournaments begin tomorrow at Todd County. All spectators are asked to enter through the front entrance of the high school for entrance to the games. Admission is $6. Good Luck to both teams!!
Good luck to our track members who qualified for the state track meet!! They will be traveling to Lexington this weekend!! Qualifying students include Josh Bigbee, Johnny Drumgole, MJ Jones, Deante Dowlen, Kaden Boyd, Deshawn Mason, Jaylyn McMurry, Mark Wynn, Sariana Allen and Truston Clayton.
