The Russellville Electric Plant Board will initiate a planned outage for network maintenance on Saturday, Nov. 11, beginning at 11 p.m. , until 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

This will only affect customers with EPB telephone service. Video and data services will be unaffected.

“We are very sorry for the interruption in service and any inconvenience this may cause,” states an EPB announcement. “We are committed to providing a stable and reliable network for our customers; therefore, we look for every opportunity to upgrade our network.”

Any customer who does not regain service after 2 a.m. is asked to contact the EPB’s technical support team at 270-726-2466. Use Option 3 during office hours and Option 2 any time before or after business hours.
