Baseball - The Cougars battled against the Mustangs of Muhlenberg County last night on the road and came up just a little short, losing a close one 1-3.

LCMS Baseball - The young Cougars flexed their muscles last night with two wins over the visiting Franklin-Simpson Wildcats. The Cougars won 8-0 in 4 innings in the first game and took the second contest 17-0 in 3 innings.

Softball - The Lady Cougars traveled to the confines of Allen County-Scottsville last night and lost in an extremely close contest 0-1 to the Lady Patriots.

Tennis - Both the LCHS Boys and Girls Teams posted wins over Warren East last night in a home match.

Cheer - The cheerleaders will travel to Bowling Green High School this Saturday to compete in the Regional Cheer Competition.

LCMS Cheer - The young lady Cougar cheer squad will be competing in Nashville in the All Out Battle on Broadway on April 25. This is a National Competition.

Bass Fishing - The Bass Fishing team will compete in the upcoming Regional Bass Tournament on April 24 on Lake Barkley. They will be going out on the lake at Kuttawa.

Swimming - The girl's Regional Swim Tournament is tonight at the Owensboro Health Park, and the Boys Region will be held at the same place on Thursday, April 15.

As you can see there is a lot happening in the sports world at LCHS. Good luck to all teams competing in regular season events and in the regional competitions as well! We have great kids competing at high levels and so proud of their efforts!
