Middle school cross country runners shine

Logan County Middle School Cross Country traveled to Bowling Green to participate in the Youth Challenge at Phil Moore Park. Logan had six runners. Casey Slaughter and Wyatt Lawson—both 8th graders—gave excellent efforts. 

Medal Winners: Garrett Lawson 8th grader, Avery Thompson 6th grader, Leah Dukes 6th grader, and Faith Higgins 5th grader all finished in the top 15 and received medals for their tremendous efforts.

The next meet will be this Saturday at Phil Moore Park Gatorland Invitational.

The Middle School Cross Country Team traveled to a meet at Kereiakes Park Tuesday. Casey Slaughter just missed receiving a medal. But 4 out 5 runners did receive medals. Garrett and Wyatt Lawson for the boys and Avery Thompson and Faith Higgins for the girls.
