Russellville Rotarian Drew Teel hosted William Griffin, new Russellville High School Head Football Coach & COO, at last week’s meeting. Coach Griffin shared insight into leadership, discipline, and building a winning culture on and off the field. Teel is the RHS principal.

Re-establish pride, respect, discipline, culture, and tradition through RDACC — Respect, Discipline, Accountability, Commitment, and Culture
Regain recognition as a well-known, respected, and feared program across the state—Russellville has all the ingredients to be a powerhouse in Kentucky Class A football
Build a strong weight room culture, including implementing in-school weightlifting for the middle school program
Develop mentorship within the program—connecting high school players with middle and youth athletes
Reconnect with alumni by bringing former Panthers back as character coaches to help restore pride in the program
