Congratulations to Russellville High School students Matthew Wilkerson and Benjamin Slack on their performances at the Regional Governor's Cup match held Saturday, Feb. 16, in Allen County.
Wilkerson placed 4th in Science, and Benjamin Slack placed 4th in Social Studies. This qualifies each of these students an earned trip to the State Governor's Cup for middle school students in March!
Thanks to all the students and Coach Tina Shoemake on a very successful season. Also, thanks to Donna Wilkerson, other assistants, parents, and students for all the time and work dedicated to these students and the Russellville Middle School Academic Team.
Congratulations, also to the RJSHS Academic Team as they will be in action this week as they continue their trek to the State Competition. Members of the team were to travel Tuesday and then again Saturday, to Madisonville to compete in the Regional Governor’s Cup.
