Logan County High School student-athletes and the LCHS Family Resource Center collected coats over the past few months as part of the "Giving Back Campaign," On a Monday some of them sorted them and got on a bus and delivered them to each of the county schools.

They first made a visit to Auburn School to pick up coats that they donated to the cause. Then it was on to Chandlers, Lewisburg, Olmstead, and Adairville to complete their tasks. These kids met with each of the principals and Family Resource coordinators. The photos show them at each school where they were told stories about families and their needs.

A very humbling day to see first-hand how their efforts would be helping others in the community. A very proud moment to see these kids giving to others with open hearts and a sense of pride.

Our athletes are helping to come up with other ways to continue giving and helping others. Another great day to be a Cougar!
