I wanted to say a few words that have been on my mind for quite some time. Over the years we have watched many great student-athletes excel, on and off the playing surface. It's been a great thing for us to watch our students grow and become productive citizens in our society. A true Blessing.

Saturday evening, I was watching the Blue/White festivities and was just overwhelmed with emotions. Over 500 people paid to be a part of the night, recognizing our middle and high school basketball teams, and a wonderful dinner.

Yes, it was wonderful to see everyone pulling for one cause, our kids. The #AllOneFamily is so much more than words. It was so exciting to see the gym so packed and the excitement in the air with the anticipation of the upcoming seasons. What hit home the most was the boosters (parents) that have taken such an active role in helping us develop all of our athletic programs.

I just wanted to thank publicly all of our parents that have become active participants, helping ensure our programs thrive, not just helping out with the feeding of the teams and working concessions and gate, but to help see that they all prosper to new levels.

Thank you so much to our parents and your tremendous effort in the lives' of our student-athletes.
