The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has thrust our community into unknown territory. We recognize this is a frightening time and that many in our community have faced both health and economic impacts. In our effort to help those who have suffered a job loss or other substantial loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to pay their bill, we have offered hardship extensions in both March and April.

The EPB Board of Directors have authorized a similar extension for the month of May with one exception, customers who need to extend their payment until May 31, 2020 due to hardship, will be required to pay 25% of what is currently owed to the EPB prior to being granted the  Covid Response Extension. This requirement is due to the longevity of the crisis and mounting balances on customer accounts. It is important to understand that signing an extension does not eliminate your bill. Please call our office at 270-726-2466 for assistance and options.

Payment options include:

Debit, Visa or Mastercard by calling 1-270-726-2466
Online via the Bill Pay tab on our webpage at
www.epbnet.com

Mail to REPB, P.O. Box 418, Russellville, KY 42276
Deposit in Night Deposit Box at 165 E. 4th Street

These are very unsettled times, but the Russellville Electric Plant Board well understands the vital importance of the services we provide. A reliable source of electricity and connection to the world are chief sources of comfort and certainty as the COVID-19 situation continues. Our commitment to serve this community while protecting our employees, public health, safety and welfare is paramount. We are proud to serve you during this time, and together, all of us will come through this crisis stronger and better connected. If we can help in any way, please let us know.
