Following the success of this past weekend’s veterans’ celebration, planning has begun on the airport’s next big event of the summer!
The 2025 Remote Controlled Jet Aerobatics National Championship will be held for four days, August 21-24! That’s next week.
This national event has been relocated from an airport in North Carolina as that area still works to recover from last September’s historic flooding damage.
Those participating from many states will use the airport’s campground, storage and charging facilities.
So whether young or young at heart, grab your lawn chairs and plan on coming out to watch some of the nation’s best R/C pilots compete for a national title!
This event is free to the public.
